Tonight i saw V for Vendetta and its an amazing movie. Its an actual thinking movie. It has action and explosions but it also has allusions and really makes you think. There hasnt been a good movie like this out for..a long time.

The story is amazing. The characters are amazing. Whoa. Go see this movie.

Um so my cat Gabby died (the brown one)...well it was like killed in a fight with another cat..it was to young to just die on its own.

I got through the day by like laughing it off or something..idk..but now that I think about it im really upset by this. I dont think i fully appreciated her when she was around.. I would always like send her away from me and stuff but i dont really know why I did that and it was really dumb. We've had her sinse I lived in New York and its really wierd thinking about not having her here..if you know me then you know that I wasnt like that attached to Gabby but still..itll be weird without her.

My other cat is acting all funny because of the absence of Gabby. Im definetly going to appreciate my other cat alot more then I did with Gabby because I didnt really appreciate Gabby like I should have...

I did better then i expected lol

Renaissance Festival

So today I went to the renaissance festival and it was pretty fun..I saw the mud show and stuff and I saw the joust. The joust was awesome..i was sitting on the french side and the english won but yeah..it happens. My money was on the english anyway..they had the king riding. There were 2 trombones and 3 trumpets at the fair and one timpanist... I could have pwned him on timpani. I think next year I might try to do that job because seeing that guy play was actually quite painful..like seriously..double stroking on the timpani..just no. lol. he wasnt even in tune with the horns...B flat would have only been like half an inch lowering of the pedal. lol

Later on I saw this place where african drums were being sold so I found a good sounding one and started to play a little bit and some ppl came over to watch..so im like you should grab a drum..so like it started small but more ppl started coming so I got them to make a circle around me..I set a beat and we played for like 45 minutes. it was fun...eventually there were like 20 drums going..a few tamborines and some dancers came over which was cool. Since I was in the middle of the circle my back was to the crowd but my mom says that there were like 75+ ppl behind me just like watching us drum which is pretty cool I think. So that was the first drum circle I have led and it was very fun lol. The owner of the drums gave me his number to come to some drum circles that they have around the area so thats cool..

I have to say that I had a pretty good day today overall.

EDIT

I was also knighted for archury..i was able to hit the center of the target so i got a certificate..lol good thing my uncle taught me to shoot.

Alright heres the thing..ive been thinking about something lately and i really shouldnt be at this point but i cant help it:

At the beginning of the year i was really really close with someone but i was an idiot and threw out our friendship..it took place over a few weeks but it was totally my fault. I dont know why...looking back it made no sense and now im just like, "fuck, what the hell was i thinking." It was stupid beyond anything that ive ever done to the point where i cant ever be as stupid in my life. Its definetly to late to ever be friends with her again...which...sucks a lot to be honest...and i really regret that because first of all shes an amazing person which maybe i didnt realise at the time or something..i have no idea, and second even though we are not going to be friends we will still have to interact for the next 3 years..which is not the best circomstance to have but its unavoidable.

My point here is if anyone has any ideas to get my mind off of this or distract me from it..anything besides drugs obviously (which would work but no. lol) and not public execution which is what i deserve but not what im looking for..let me know..cause i really need it..this is getting rediculous. And i need to forget about her once and for all. try not to ask who it is..if you know you know.if you dont..well there are ppl who know that can help you out.

I realise my mistake but its over and we're never going to be friends again. I am of course..the best at messing up great situations like i had.

So on moday night..at 7:00 i went over to erins and we hung out for a bit then went to block buster to get some games. We chilled for a little bit more packed the car at 11:30 with:

- TV
- Drinks
- Lap Top
- Xbox
- Chips
- Blankets
- Controllers
- Chairs

We were ready to go camp out infront of a store to get the 360. So we drove over to best buy and the like was like 30 ppl. then we went to target..we were #9 out of 12. Taarget had only gotten 12 systems. 6 premium 6 core. since we were # 9 we were getting the core. which was fine. So we got there at 12. the last person (# 12) got there at 1. so anyone who came after that was sent away. We pulled the car up to the curb any set up the tv and xbox and played some halo. everyone that was there thought that was cool.

So we knew that we'd get our tickets for the 360 at 6. so that was what we were counting down to. When everyone got hungry someone would go and make a run to dunkin donuts or mcdonalds or something. the ppl at target were more of a family opposed to the line at best buy. they were a mob on the edge. at best buy. they had 34 systems. there were 35 ppl in line. so someone over there was hoping for someone to have a heart attack or something.

so from 12 - 4 we played halo watched movies talked about stuff and just hung out. at around 4 a clock it got to the point where we just got into a circle and just like went into a slight frozen state until like 6 when the dorrs opened and they passes out the tickets. so when we had our tickets me erin, this guy eric and his girlfriend all went to erins car to sleep in the heated car..(it was nice.) so at like 7:50 we went to the door and everyone who camped out started showing up.

basically everyone got there before 8 but also other ppl came trying to get an xbox. We told them you had to be here by 1 last night to get one. since thats when # 12 showed up. So like a lot of ppl came expecting to ge tone but yeah right..you had to camp out to get one. the guy eric that we met had 2 tickets..A ticket garenteed that there was an xbox in there for you. he had one for himself and he had his girlfriends..but that ticket was to buy an xbox for his brother. so he decided what the heck..if someone wanted to buy that ticket for $300 then they could. and he would just give the money to his girlfriend. So this guy pulled up and hes like "are there any more xboxes?" and eric is like "no..but i have a spare ticket here that garentees that you can get one for $300." so the guy bought it..so the guy in the truck spent 300 for the ticket and then 400 for the xbox. that was still a deal since xbox 360s are going for 1500 - 2000 dollors on EBAY.

So anyway it was a fun expirience and i would definitely do it again.

So i figured i should update since i havent for a while..

hurricane came, lost those pool screens..no big deal and i got power back in like 3 days. i live on a good power grid.

the day of the hurricane i got a stop sign a discharging passengers is prohibited sign and a few others.

i visited some ppl the day of the hurricane to make sure they were ok and they were so that was good

since the hurricane ive been having ppl over basically playing halo and downloading music..I have 1500 in itunes now.

i still havent seen some ppl so i really need to work on that

UPDATE

I talked to mr. shane and he said that since school starts on monday he'll prolly come down tues or wednesday to say goodbye to everyone. and also FBA is cancelled..but yeah

Interesting day

OK so after school i was coming home and carson stuck his head out of the window from kirstens car so i told my mom to follow them so we did and ended up at kirstens house so she said i could come over if i wanted so i did..

(skip to the part where im going home)

Carsons like let me drive and kirstens mom is like no and kirsten is like let me drive but carson said "but she doesnt have a permit" so i said, "oh i have mine but ive never driven" so she hands me the keys. no, seriously. i have never ever driven ever ever ever. and shes like.."your driving" im like.."but ive never driven" so shes like ill back it our for you. *NOTE* She thought that to get your permit you had to pass a driving test. So she didnt understand that i had NEVER driven before. so she backed out and is like ok and also kirsten is like drive! and her sister was in the car too.

So i get in..and we go..i took it easy, stopped at all the stop signs. and it wasnt hard at all exept carson and kirsten were yelling the whole time and her mom was laughing and i was. Her sister was just like yelling too. i had a good time on gateway..it was easy. so to recap:

I was driving for the first time ever in kirstens moms car from her house to my house. thats out of her neighborhood, on gateway, into my neighborhood. on gateway..the first time driving.

Jamboree

Yesterday was park vista's first ever jamboree which is basically when a lot of bands (in this case 24) bands come to our school and perform and get judged. I was a band guide with kellie so i didnt work consession which was good. We guided 3 bands:

Kings academy -

They are a one A band which means they are pretty small. they had 1 snare one tenor and 4 bases. When we brought them to their warm up area they did alot more praying then playing if you know what i mean. but hey whatever your into. I prefer warming up.

Everglades -

This was a three A band so they were bigger then kings academy. When i was about to bring them over to the field i asked their drum major if he wanted to march to a tap and hes like do you want us to? i said yeah because a band tends to move more efficiantly with a tap. since i was leading the band in front the director came us front with me and kellie and said like "I make them keep a tap so i know their there" lol i thought that was funny. because hes right..if theres no tap your not gonna here them.

Miami Kilean -

This was the biggest band that come to the jamboree. They wore a green uniform but their drum major wore camoflauge and their girl drum major wore a dress. i thought that was cool. They arived an hour early so we had to bring them over to the stands, wait for an hour, then bring back to thier warm up area then to the field. all this with 180+ ppl. When we were in warm up i told the director that we would have to leave soon and hes like, "we'll leave when we're done warming up." one of the ppl on golf carts rolled by and told him that he had to leave though so he did.

oh yeah..im glad that everyone thought those double stack bases were so cool. lol "omg! they have 2 bases stacked on top of eachother" "what sorcery is this!!!" lol

I saw brook there and shes ran up to me and is like "jacob your mom is so cool." im like..."what are you doing here brooke?" lol i know her because shes in my science class but ok.

Oh i didnt get to so see livy the whole day because i guess i was guiding so that sucked but overall i had fun throughout the day. I hope we get more bands next year. and i think it would have been cool to go last in front of the hundreds of ppl because went we performed there was like..judges..and..well judges. lol

"wtf!?! Those bases are connected!!!"

OH! the last band that went played halo!! i dont know if anyone caught that exept me or carson. it was awesome.

This Week

Ok so ill start from michelles party...that was fun. uh plenty of swimming and DDR. i need to get that for xbox. i also need to go get my xbox actually

uh school went by i guess as usual.. crappy beggining of week it got better as it went.

tonight was the game..we did the new cadence and didnt mess up which is good. also we did the show well..no mess ups. the USF band was amazing.. there were like 20 sousaphones..(kellie..whoa.) and there was a precussion instructer from FSU at the game of the stadium whos like.."come on down and see us" when the snares walked by lol.

umm JJ muggs was fun. they didnt play our show on the screens though lol.

im not really sure what im doing this weekend but i know im calling katie..other then that..no idea

oh and i just got itunes so give me your cds to put on it. like seriously

Also. The color gaurd looked pretty good in their new costumes.. Especially one in particular *wink wink* lol

Ok well no game this week so on friday i went to skatezone and saw alex and dj play..they were both pretty good. uh..cops came..that was funny

today i went to the key club carwash and washed cars for a few hours..it was fun and didnt really notice the work

tonight went to the movies and we saw flightplan..lol dumb movie

kirsten, tina, john, matt, danielle, ryan, jen and me were there. next time more ppl come or else

Worst day of my life yesterday. like seriously
